Our thoughts and prayers are with each of you who knew and loved Swede. I appreciated meeting Swede during visits to Dannebrog. I was so impressed with his energy and friendly greeting. And yes, as so many have commented, watching him drive his white truck was special!

We never had the privilege of meeting Swede face to face but we have been friends of his daughter Betsy for many years and her character and faith in God is a testimony to the dad that raised her. Our condolences to the extended Petersen family on their loss and heaven's gain.

Sorry to lose all these good people from Dannebrog. When Lee and I were first married we lived just west of Andy and Marie's home. So in the same neighborhood. Many years ago.
