I have only good memories of Frank. Whether I was behind the wheel of a Model B or helping check fences in some pasture, I enjoyed his instruction and presence. When I heard that he had passed, the first thing I remembered was the salt shaker he kept on the dashboard of his Ford Fairlane, always handy to sprinkle on a freshly picked cucumber. He showed me how to put your shoulder to the plow to dig up the potatoes his mom needed for dinner. Always had a smile ready. It seemed there was always a favorite dog around him, at least that is what I remember. Good storyteller, too.

Sympathy to Frances, Joyce, Don and Linda and families. Frank was a good man and a good tenant to the earth. He cared for all and how he did things. A good teacher for Roger & I as we started our farming with Don & Patty. He was always willing to lend a hand and give a valuable lesson. I still remember helping Frances do sweetcorn and Frank doing his share too! May he enjoy his heavenly farm now.
