Jackie L. Petty, 48, of Palmer died October 3, 2009 at the Howard County Community Hospital in St. Paul.
A memorial service will be held Thursday at 1:00 p.m., at the United Methodist Church in Palmer, Nebraska. The Reverend Martin Leeper will officiate.
There will be no visitation held, Jackie was cremated.
Memorials are suggested to the family's choice.
Greenway Funeral Home in Palmer is in charge of arrangements.
Jackie was born October 15, 1960 to Jack & Janis (Winsler) Petty at Chicago, IL.
She moved to Nebraska about 3 ½ years ago and lived in North Platte and Blue Hill. She has lived in Palmer for the last 3 years.
She loved music and animals. She also enjoyed shopping and making crafts.
Survivors include a brother and three sisters including Karen Petty of Laguna Beach, CA; and her guardian & friend, Jayne Weaver of North Platte and other family and friends.
