Jolene "Jody" R. Lehn

Jolene Rene Lehn (Jody) passed away peacefully at her home on April 26, 2026, at the age of 67.

Jody was born on November 13, 1958, to Kenneth and Elaine Thomas. She graduated from Benson High School in Omaha, Nebraska, where she was active in school plays and was known for her beautiful singing voice.

Jody married Gregg Lehn on June 6, 1987, and they shared many years together until his passing.

Jody had a love for the simple joys in life. She enjoyed watching the Huskers, following NASCAR, and spending evenings relaxing with late-night television. She will be remembered for her kindness and the joy she brought to those around her.

Jody is survived by her sister, Cindy Bonczynski; her nieces and nephews, Ashley and Nathan Simpson, Alicia and Mike Gorecki, Amanda Bonczynski, and Breanna Johnson; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Mattisen and Karsen Gorecki, and Kennedy and Jordan Simpson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Elaine Thomas; her husband, Gregg Lehn; and her brother-in-law, Robert Bonczynski.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Funeral services will be held at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at Jacobsen-Greenway-Dietz Funeral Home in St. Paul, Nebraska. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. prior to the service. Interment will take place at Souleville Cemetery in Boelus, Nebraska.

Memorials are suggested to the family to be designated at a later date.
