Beverlye A. McDonald, 76, of Greeley died Monday, October 12, 2009 at the Boone County Health Center in Albion after a long battle with a lung disease.
Memorial services will be held at 2:30 p.m., Saturday at Jacobsen-Greenway Funeral Home in St. Paul. The Reverend James Murphy will officiate. Inurnment will be in the Hillside Cemetery in Wolbach. There will not be any visitation, Mrs. McDonald was cremated.
Memorials are suggested to the family's choice.
Beverlye peacefully passed from her life with her family, to start her new eternal life with our Lord Jesus Christ.
Beverlye was born May 21, 1933 in Wolbach to Patrick and Gertrude (Nestor) Gibbons.
Beverlye returned to her home state of Nebraska to be close to her beloved family and friends, especially her sister Sandra, who cared for her until the end of her journey through life. Beverlye enjoyed each and everyday with her family. She enjoyed hobbies such as painting, cross stitching and gardening. She will be missed dearly by all her family and friends.
Survivors include two sons and a daughter-in-law, Michael and Tabetha McCoy of Portland, OR, Kenneth D. Leslie of Greeley; one sister and brother-in-law, Sandra and Mike McIntyre of Wolbach; grandchildren, Brandon, Danielle, Jordan, Briana, Dylan and Aaliyah; great-grandchildren; a niece, Tami Mullaney, who was more like a daughter; nieces and nephews, Anthony, Deborah, Donald, Patrick, and Carol Newman; great nieces and nephews; cousins, Art and Don Anderson.
Beverlye is now joined in Heaven with her daughter, Kay Lynn Lacey; parents; three brothers, Eugene, John and Timothy Gibbons; and two sisters Patricia Marinkovich and Maureen Fee.
