Mrs. Elnora C. Tschudy

Elnora C. Tschudy, 80, of St. Paul died Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at the Howard County Medical Center in St. Paul.



Services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday at the United Methodist Church in St. Paul. The Reverend Joel Rathbun will officiate. Interment will be in the Elmwood Cemetery in St. Paul. Visitation will be held on Friday, from 4:00 - 6:00 p.m. at Jacobsen-Greenway Funeral Home in St. Paul.



Memorials are suggested to the donor's choice.



Elnora was born August 18, 1929 in Gage Valley to Charles & Esther (Fuller) DeMary.



She attended school at St. Paul.

She was united in marriage to Donald R. Tschudy on January 1, 1950 at St. Paul, Nebraska. After marriage they lived on a farm in the Archer area where Don had a mechanic shop.



In 1967, they moved to St. Paul. She worked as a homemaker, raising her children and babysitting. She worked at Jacobs Café© for about 10 years.

Elnora was a member of the United Methodist Church in St. Paul.



She enjoyed making doll clothes, quilts, and do crocheting. She loved to do crossword puzzles and baking.



Survivors include three daughters and son-in-law, Donna Tschudy of Grand Island, Bonnie & Marlyn Yungdahl of Shelby, and Esther Miller of Grand Island; four grandchildren, Lisa, Eric, Jen, and Ashley; four great grandchildren, Ryan, Tanner, Cooper and Elizabeth; five brothers and four sisters-in-law, George & Betty DeMary of Grand Island, Paul & Delia DeMary of Minneapolis, KS, Dick & Joan DeMary of Salem, OH, David DeMary of St. Paul, NE and Max & Karen DeMary of Sidney, MT; three sisters and one brother-in-law, Betty Jelinek, and Maxine & Todd White all of Grand Island and Alberta Fisher of Trenton, MO.



She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Donald on October 25, 1999, a son Robert, a son-in-law Keith A. Miller, a grandson Keith D. Miller, one sister Alice Grim and one brother Sonny DeMary.
