Vida Mae Verplank, daughter of Adrian and Dolores (Clark) Stone, was born on May 22, 1931, in Palmer, Nebraska. She entered into rest on Friday, April 17, 2026, at Primrose Retirement Home in Grand Island, Nebraska, at the age of 95.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at Jacobsen-Greenway-Dietz-Funeral Home in St. Paul. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church. Interment will be in the Rose Hill Cemetery in Palmer. Memorials are suggested to the Palmer High School or the Rose Hill Cemetery in Palmer. More details will follow.
