Thomas Strawder Obituary

Thomas Duane Strawder, 62, passed away on February 4, 2020 in Lincoln, Nebraska.

He was born in Wallace, Nebraska on January 6, 1957 to Wayne A. Strawder and Gale R. (Kirkpatrick) Strawder. Thomas was in the United States Marine Corps from 1975 to 1976 at Camp Butler and was in Okinawa for a time before being honorably discharged.

Thomas liked to tell stories, loved to help people, and he loved to cook. He was a member of The Church of Latter-Day Saints and the V.F.W.

Thomas is survived by five sisters and their families.

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother; one great-nephew; and his grandparents.

Memorials may be sent to the American Cancer Study Association.

Private Services will be held at a later date.
