To the family of Alice Mayne, May you find peace and hope in Gods promises. He assures us of the resurrection of our dear loved ones back on earth and that they will gain their youthful vigor and never experience sickness again. (Acts 24:15; Job 33:25; Rev. 21:3,4) These encouraging scriptures and more helpful comfort is available at jw.org. May God be with you during this most difficult time.

Blessings to you Bruce and your families. Alice was such a joy! We had the honor of having her go to Vegas with us a few years ago and we all had so much fun. We appreciate the times we had with her. My Mom Donna Dobish shared many fun times and laughs together. She truly was a treasure and heaven is a better place now. With Deepest Sympathies, Denise and Todd Arnett

My deepest sympathy to you, Cynthia and Bruce. You mother was such an outgoing, adventurous lady. She came to Arizona by herself at least twice after Bill Mayne passed. She would call me for a time to visit and then pull up to my house in a snappy little red rental car. She would be just bursting with news of family and friends.

She was interested in so many things and had lots of energy to go with the interests. As my girls said when I told them of her passing, "Aunt Alice was such a fun lady".

My wife and I worked with Alice at Miller & Paine. We always enjoyed working with her and visited her many times in St. Paul. My condolences in your loss.

Dear Bruce and Cynthia,
It was such an honor to know your mom and work with her for many years. (approx. 1974-1982) She was like a butterfly flitting around Miller and Paine, always smiling, dressed to the nines and managing to cover many miles in a day despite wearing high heels. We had so many laughs and "re-laughed" recalling them years later when I visited her after my move to Wisconsin in 1982.

Alice was so proud of her family. I don't think one day passed without a loving reference to Cynthia or Bruce. She loved Bill dearly and considered his kids "hers" as well. It was a cackle-fest when sister Gladys would stop in Grand Island and visit Alice at M & P.

Alice was a lover of people, she saw the best in everyone. There was a spark inside her that ignited her surroundings. She was a wonderful example of how life should be lived, with enthusiasm, no excuses and positivity.

Please know that your wonderful mom will live on in my heart for as long as it is beating. I am so sorry for your loss but know that you would not wish her back in the state she was in. She was truly one of a kind, the mold was broken when Alice was born.

Sending my love,

Terri Ayres
