May you each find comfort in the love and memories shared together, and may God comfort you with the words in the Bible at Revelation 21:4. Those words assure us that God will soon wipe out every tear from our eyes, and suffering and death will be no more.
With sympathy.

I met Larry when he was in Holland. He was here visiting my brother. He left me behind with a lasting memory as a good, kind and honest man.
My sincere condolences to the family and friends.

Larry attended UNK about the same time as I did. We had long visits about nature, Germany and many other topics. Larry was very creative and had a good sense of humor. In recent years we often ran into each other in the parking lot of Orschleins or other places that carried dog food and pet supplies. His faithful complain was always waiting patiently in the car. They will be missed!

If God was one of us.... ( you know the song )... Well, Larry would have been it. He helped out everybody he met. That was decency, his honesty, his character and his unassuming nature. He's gone home.

Larry was a student in the Department of Economics at UNK (KSC) in the 1980s. He used to come in a visit Dr. Lewis, Sechtem and me. I remember his twinkling blue eyes, wit and creativity. He was a professor's dream student with his inquisitive mind about a vast number of topics. May the happy memories carry you through this very difficult time. Connie

Larry and Whitey will be greatly missed, he was a man that did not have a lot but would do anything for anybody and not want anything in return. I have never known such an unselfish, caring man.

Celebrating the life of a wonderful man!! Although he didn't have much he would still give the shirt off his back to help someone in need. AMAZING person and will be missed dearly!

Thank you for the beautiful yellow begonia. We have lost a very caring, wonderful person that will be missed by many people. He was a unique person, one that was so unselfish that he would share, even if he had less than you did. Many times in the past few day, I have wanted to pick up the phone to run something by him, but then realized that he would not answer...so I just had to try to think, "What would Larry do?" and it makes me smile. He had a very easy, caring smile and shared it with all. Thank you for being his friends and thank you so very much for the beautiful memorial in his memory. I don't have your address, so thank you from this email. God Bless!
