We will always remember Vi as having a very kind and generous heart. She was such a blessing to her family and friends. We can remember sitting around visiting with her sharing all our stories and hearing the laughter filling the room. The love she had for her sons was enormous from her heart........heaven is filled with her joyful spirit.

Vi has a very dear spot in my heart, even as a young child she touched my heart with her kindness, gentleness and strength. Very thankful to have known her and that my sons had her for a Grandma! My deepest sympathies to the family and friends of this wonderful woman!

I always admired your Mom and the strong and talented woman she was. She was always kind and gracious to me whenever we visited the family. The best thing I've ever eaten in my life was Viola's gooseberry pie. Your Mom and that pie will always remain in my heartfelt memories. My deepest sympathies to all the family.
